† Enfield Town, Wivenhoe Town and Barking & East Ham United were transferred to the Isthmian League Division One North after their play-off defeats. However, before the 2006-07 season started, Barking & East Ham United resigned from the league and folded. A new club, Barking, was formed and admitted into the Essex Senior Football League. Rothwell Town, Barton Rovers and Berkhamsted Town were admitted into the new Division One Midlands for the 2006-07 season, while Uxbridge joined the Division One South & West.
